Description

This painting was done in the midst of the  global pandemic. During that time, it is nice to visit scenic areas when there are not many people around. The sunset looks stunning with the big tree silhouette against the cannon standing in front of the horizon. Fort Nuestra Señora de la Soledad is one of the fortifications built by the Spanish near Umatac, Guam overlooking the bay where navigator Ferdinand Magellan landed.
