Grandjoy Batara Adigos, otherwise known as Jbagdigos, is a Filipino local artist recognized for her vivid nature paintings. Born and raised in Laoag City, she developed an interest in visual arts as a young child. With the intention of pursuing her passion, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising degree from the College of the Holy Spirit in 1995. Throughout her career, she has exhibited her fine art in four solo exhibitions as well as a number of local and international group shows that have attracted the attention of the art community. Grandjoy’s paintings are known for their realistic detail and elaborate patterns. She draws inspiration from the world around her and her life experiences. She often uses vibrant colors to capture her energy and emotions. As an artist, Grandjoy has mastered the visual representation of tropical flowers and plants while exploring her creativity through fluid art. |
