“I had the privilege of meeting the top three tycoons of the Philippines – Henry Sy of SM, John Gokongwei of Robinsons, and Lucio Tan of Eton Properties. I met Mr. Sy when I was still working at Folded and Hung. He would always be present whenever we open a store at SM. Mr. Gokongwei became my neighbor at Robinsons Complex in Xiamen. Mr. Tan was the sponsor of our “Beauty of Fujian” exhibition at the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2017. The three of them serve as my inspiration for working hard and dreaming high.”
